Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Note that for orders including art prints, processing times may be towards the longer end of the range because your art is printed after your order by a fabulous local printer. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
FOR ART PRINTS: Orders $37 or more ship FREE! For individual prints under that order amount, there's a $5.95 flat rate shipping and handling fee within the United States.
FOR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS: I offer free insured shipping and handling within the United States for original paintings. I do everything possible to ensure your artwork arrives to you safely.
However, please note, original canvas paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces of art, fragile, and can't be duplicated exactly. Therefore shipping always poses a potential risk to their safety. If for some reason, a painting becomes damaged in transit, please contact support@cheyhutchinson.com and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue.
Local pickup
If you live in the Syracuse, New York area and want to arrange free local pickup, please contact us before checking out at support@cheyhutchinson.com for instructions.
International Shipping
FOR ART PRINTS: For small prints ( 5x7" and 8x10"), I offer $14.95 flat rate international shipping and handling. The international shipping and handling rate for large prints (11x14") is a flat rate of $19.95. For multiple prints please contact us at support@cheyhutchinson.com.
FOR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS: Due to the fragile nature of original paintings, I currently do not offer international shipping on Chey Hutchinson's original artwork.
Note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chey Hutchinson is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cheyhutchinson.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason because I want you to be completely happy with your order. Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them and in their original packaging. To start a return, you can contact support@cheyhutchinson.com.
